§02What drives the cost

Six things that shape every estimate.

01

What the platform must do

A five-page site and a store with custom pricing rules are different projects. Features drive most of the cost.

02

Integrations

Payments, shipping, accounting, CRM and other systems the platform needs to talk to.

03

Data to move

Products, customers, orders and content migrating from an existing platform.

04

Design depth

Using a refined, consistent design system versus bespoke illustration and motion on every page.

05

Content readiness

Whether words, photos and product information are ready or need to be created.

06

Timeline

Fixed launch dates can change how work is staffed and sequenced.

§03How proposals work

No guesswork, from first call to sign-off.

  1. 1

    Free consultation

We learn what you need and whether we are the right fit. No cost, no obligation.

  2. 2

    Written proposal

Scope, milestones, the price of each milestone and what is not included, in plain language.

  3. 3

    You approve

Nothing starts, and nothing is billed, until you have agreed the proposal.

  4. 4

    Changes, priced first

If something new comes up, you get a price for it before any work on it begins.

Pricing questions

Frequently asked questions

Why don't you publish prices?

Because two projects that sound alike can differ a lot in what they need. Instead of a range that fits nobody, you get a written, fixed-scope proposal after a free consultation, with every milestone priced upfront.

Will the price change once work starts?

Not for the agreed scope. If you ask for something new, you get a price for that change before any work on it begins, and you decide whether to go ahead.

Can we start small?

Yes. Many clients start with a technical audit or the single most valuable piece of a larger project, then decide on the next phase based on real results.

Do I own what I pay for?

Yes. You own the code, the content and the accounts it runs on. There are no lock-in or exit fees.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. It is a conversation about your goals and options, with no obligation to go further.
