This policy explains what information Cusic Digital, LLC (“Cusic Digital”, “we”) collects when you use cusicdigital.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Information you give us

  • Contact form. Your name, email address, company (optional), project type, budget range (optional) and message. These are sent to us by email so we can reply, and you receive an automatic confirmation email. They are not stored in our website database.
  • Newsletter. Your email address and subscription status. We send a confirmation email first, and every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Blog comments. Your name, email address and comment. Comments are reviewed before they appear; your name and comment are shown publicly, your email is not.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. We do not use it to identify you personally. You can opt out with your browser's privacy settings, a content blocker, or Google's opt-out add-on.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and reliability.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about
  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to
  • To publish and moderate blog comments
  • To understand and improve the website, and to keep it secure

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the site: Google Cloud for hosting and data storage, Google Workspace for email, and Google Analytics for analytics. They process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our business relationship. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe, and comments until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Email contact@cusicdigital.com and we will respond promptly.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
